In the modern fire service, most departments do far more than fight structure, vehicle and wild land fires. Moncure Fire responds to numerous types of emergency incidents, including incidents involving motor vehicle accidents, rescue on land and water, medical emergencies, hazardous materials, and just about any other emergency or hazardous situation you can think of. If they don't know who to call, they call the fire department!
As a result, we train each and every week with the goal of constant improvement in all of these areas.
All Area FFs are welcome to join us for these classes. Also, if you do not see a class listed in a particular week, we are most likely doing in-house training for our staff and volunteers on Tuesday at 7pm.
